v1.42.3 — Released — 2026-10-22 (UTC)

## Changes

- Feature: Added a “Mouse scroll” mapping for either stick in Settings → Controller as mouse, with horizontal and vertical scrolling. Tilt the stick slightly for precise scrolling; hold it farther from center to gradually accelerate scrolling.

- Feature: “Controller icon theme” now saves separate selections for XBOX and PlayStation controllers and automatically applies the matching theme when you switch controller types.
- Improvement: Improved the controller mapping picker: mouse actions now show icons and labels, and controls wrap to fit the available width.
- Fix: Fixed text being cut off in game detail information tiles at some interface scales.
