XBOX Game Pass adds nine PC games in October's first wave

October’s first XBOX Game Pass wave brings nine additions to PC, from a photography road trip to first-person combat and city building. XBOX’s October 7 announcement places the arrivals between October 8 and 16, 2026.

The PC arrival calendar

1. Echo Weaver — October 8

A time-loop metroidvania where discoveries replace conventional upgrades. Explore, learn how the world works and use that knowledge on your next attempt.

2. Forever Ago — October 8

Alfred travels north after a personal tragedy in this single-player road trip. Photography, conversations and new friendships shape the journey. It joins Game Pass at launch.

3. Neon Abyss 2 — October 8

A roguelike platform shooter built around unpredictable item combinations. Take on its neon-lit dungeons alone or in online co-op.

4. Battlefield 6 — October 13

Combined-arms battles bring infantry, vehicles and destructible environments together. Coordinate with your squad to tackle close-range firefights and larger engagements.

5. Deep Dish Dungeon — October 13

Explore a handmade dungeon, solve environmental puzzles and craft supplies to survive. Play alone or share the expedition through online co-op.

6. Valor Mortis — October 13

A resurrected Napoleonic soldier confronts a monstrous conspiracy in a first-person soulslike, combining weapon combat with supernatural abilities. It joins Game Pass at launch.

7. Bluey’s Happy Snaps — October 15

Explore familiar locations with Bluey and Bingo, take photos and fill a scrapbook. Play this family adventure alone or with a second player.

8. Chained Beasts — October 15

Up to four gladiators fight while chained together in a cooperative roguelike. Turn those chains and the arena itself against enemies.

9. Beyond These Stars — October 16

Build a settlement on a travelling space whale. Balance production chains and residents’ needs while visiting other worlds and meeting aliens.

All nine are listed for PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate. Neon Abyss 2 also joins Game Pass Premium; that does not extend Premium access to the entire wave. Catalog availability can vary by region.
